Legal

Configurable options are available in store.

  1. Apple Intelligence is available in beta on all Mac models with M1 and later, with Siri and device language set to US English, as a macOS Sequoia update. English (Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, UK) language support available this December. Some features and support for additional languages, like Chinese, English (India, Singapore), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Vietnamese and others, will be coming over the course of the next year.
  2. Battery life varies by use and configuration. See apple.com/uk/batteries for more information.
  3. Apps are available on the App Store. Software and content may be sold separately. Title availability is subject to change.
  4. Available on Mac computers with Apple silicon and Intel-based Mac computers with a T2 Security Chip. Requires that your iPhone and Mac are signed in with the same Apple Account using two-factor authentication, your iPhone and Mac are near each other and have Bluetooth and Wi-Fi turned on, and your Mac is not using AirPlay or Sidecar. Some iPhone features (e.g., camera and microphone) are not compatible with iPhone Mirroring.
  5. FaceTime is not available in all countries or regions.
  6. The display on the 16 inch MacBook Pro has rounded corners at the top. When measured as a standard rectangular shape, the screen is 16.2 inches diagonally (actual viewable area is less).

  7. Apple Intelligence is available in beta on all Mac models with M1 and later, with Siri and device language set to English (Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, UK, or U.S.), as a macOS Sequoia update. Additional features and languages will be available in April, with more languages coming over the course of the year. Languages supported in 2025 include Chinese, English (India, Singapore), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, and Vietnamese.

Home Delivery

Select offer free fast shipping to all orders over £40. There will be a £5 delivery charge for all orders under £40, this will be issued automatically at checkout.
We also offer priority delivery from as little as £4.99. This option provides next day delivery on any items that are in stock.

Our Click and Collect is a completely free service, in as little as 15 minutes.

 

When will my order be delivered?

For items marked "Ready to ship" above the product pricing should be with you in 1-2 working days. Orders made after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.
For the fastest delivery, place your order before 2pm and select priority delivery. It will arrive the next working day. This applies to items that display the "Ready to ship" status on the individual product page. 


Our delivery partner works hard to securely deliver your order Monday to Friday.

For items not in stock, dispatch times may be longer, please allow 7-10 working days. Specific products may have longer delivery times, for these products please refer to delivery times detailed on individual product pages. You will receive parcel tracking information once your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch. Note, if priority delivery is selected on items that have a longer lead time, we will dispatch it with priority once the items are available.

Click and Collect

We offer a Click and Collect service in all our store locations that allows you to pay for your item and collect it in one of our store locations. Please note, that click and collect must be selected as an option when checking out. Items that are ordered for home delivery cannot be changed to collection in store after the order has been placed. Select Click and Collect is a completely free delivery service.

When you arrive in store ask any member of staff or visit the main payment desk and we’ll get your Click and Collect order for you.
