The last date to place your order for home delivery prior to Christmas is 20th December, this date only applies to in stock items. Delivery expectations for out of stock items are specified on the product page. The last date to place your order for collection in-store prior to Christmas is 22rd December, 2pm.

Home Delivery

Select offer free shipping to all orders over £40. There will be a £5 delivery charge for all orders under £40, this will be issued automatically at checkout.

Select Click and Collect is a completely free service, all you pay is the price of your order.

For items in stock, please allow for 1-2 working days for delivery. For items not in stock, dispatch times may be longer, please allow 7-10 working days. Specific products may have longer delivery times, for these products please refer to delivery times detailed on individual product pages.

Orders will not be accepted, and products will not be delivered to any address outside the mainland United Kingdom, Northern Ireland or the Isle of Man.

Orders and deliveries will not be possible for residents in the Channel Islands or the Isle of Wight.

Yes. All deliveries, other than delivery to store, require a signature to confirm your order is delivered and received correctly.

Unfortunately, we're unable to change your delivery address to a different one after an order is placed.

If you see any items in store that you’d like to add to your order, please bring them up to the payment desk with you and we’ll happily add them to the order. These extra items will need to be paid for by cash or card at the till and cannot be added to the online payment already taken.

We use DPD couriers for all Uk deliveries. Your tracking number will be provided via automated email when your goods have been dispatched. You can also check your tracking status on their website at

Upon dispatch DPD will also email you with details of an estimated delivery time and tracking information. If the delivery time slot they offer is not suitable you can contact DPD via the link in the email to arrange an alternative slot. It is not possible however to redirect to a different address.

DPD do everything they can to ensure the delivery times are met but sometimes delays do occur due to traffic, accidents or unforeseen situations. They will let you know if they become aware of an unexpected delivery.

If the package has arrived damaged, you should sign the receipt to say the item has been damaged and refuse the delivery – in which case the item is returned to us and we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund.

We will include a delivery note with the package that details all the items you should expect. If an item is missing from the box you must notify us within 2 working days of receiving the goods. Our customer services team will then advise of the best resolution.

Click and Collect

Yes, we offer a Click and Collect service in all our store locations that allows you to pay for your item and collect it in one of our store locations. Please note, that click and collect must be selected as an option when checking out. Items that are ordered for home delivery cannot be changed to collection in store after the order has been placed. Select Click and Collect is a completely free delivery service.

When you arrive in store ask any member of staff or visit the main payment desk and we’ll get your Click and Collect order for you.

For Click and Collect Orders, once your payment is made, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email. Our team in store will reserve your products and ensure your order is ready to go. We aim to have any order that is 'in stock' ready for collection within 2 hours of when they are placed. Please note this is subject to change and depending on availability. You will receive a second “Ready for Pickup’ email typically within 2 hours of placing your order. If an order is placed after 4pm it may not be ready until the next working day, please do not call in to collect until you have received the second ‘Ready for Collection’ email. If your item has a status of 'limited stock', please call the store prior to ordering as there may be a chance that it is not available in store.

Please ensure you bring a copy of your 'Ready for Pickup' email as well as a valid form of Photographic ID (passport / Driver’s Licence etc.). We will not be able to fulfil any Click and Collect order without both of these items.

Click and Collect is only available with full payment online at this time. If you would like to place an order for in store payment, please contact us directly

Unfortunately, we will not be able to hand out any Click and Collect orders early, please ensure you do not arrive in to store until you have received confirmation your order is ready to collect.

Order confirmation emails can take up to 30 minutes to arrive. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't have it by then. Ready for pick up emails are typically sent within 2 business hours of your order being placed. If you haven't got your email after these times, please give us a call or email and our team will be happy to look into it for you.

Our stock feed reads live from what is available in store and in our warehouse. In the rare circumstance that your order is not available we will contact you directly as soon as possible to offer an alternative, refund or back order.

We are happy to hold any Click and Collect order for up to 5 working days. If an order has not been collected in this time frame, a member of our customer service team will contact you directly to inform you that your order has been released and your payment refunded. If you place an order and know you will be delayed for collection, please ensure you contact us as soon as possible.

Absolutely, this status means that the item is most likely in-store. However, in rare circumstances where the item is not available, we will contact you and offer an alternative, a refund or let you know once it has arrived.

Contact us with the name of your nominated contact, this person must bring the 'ready for pick up' email and photo identification with them when collecting the order. Please note, there may be a delay in collection availability when a nominated contact is assigned.
