CORE, our dedicated repair service
Select is an Apple Authorised Service Provider with Apple trained and certified technicians. CORE, our dedicated online repair support platform, is designed to help schools manage device repairs; report a service query, arrange collection, approve quotations and check repair status. With 7 discovery hubs available for drop off and collection, your school can be confident in their investment with the knowledge of our continued support for schools, students and parents.
Select Tech Support
Select Tech Support is our software support service for every staff member. During the working day, teachers can access Select Tech Support online for technical support from dedicated education specialists.

From the occasional software question to regular support, Select Tech Support maximises teaching productivity, ensuring teachers are not wasting valuable teaching time. One-on-one support is easy to access through a simple and dedicated booking system, allowing teachers to get support at a time that suits them most.
Assess and troubleshoot
Our Apple Experts are able to efficiently assess and troubleshoot a wide range of topics. They are also able to quickly diagnose if your issue is software or hardware related and provide the focussed support that is needed. If your issue is hardware related then your Apple Expert can direct you to CORE; our dedicated repair service for Apple devices in education.
